Do I need to do any data entry?

No. We aren’t the type of bookkeeping company to sign you up to an unwanted app and then expect you to scan in receipts and do most of the data entry and work yourself. You’re busy trying to run your business, post your crumpled receipts or send them to us however you prefer and we handle the rest.

How do I provide you with my information?

Everyone works differently and we have multiple ways for you to get your paperwork across to us. Whether it be via Whatsapp, uploading to your client portal, emailing it over, providing your suppliers with a new accounts email, logging into platforms and downloading straight from the source or shoving it all in a freepost envelope, we will find the best solution for you. Let us worry about sorting, scanning and processing & producing reports.

What software do you use?

We are believers in using the best software for your business. While our accounting software preference is Sage, if you are happy with a different system you are currently using we will work with it! We also use a variety of different systems to streamline our services and provide the best possible service to our clients.

Can you integrate with my POS system?

We can integrate with hundreds of different POS systems, but if an integration is not possible we have systems and checks in place to extract the necessary data and accurately import into your accounting software.
