Managing Director
Tim has worked in bookkeeping and accounts for over 25 years with a previous background in the hospitality and retail industry.
Having experienced the struggles of a hospitality business firsthand, Tim now helps business owners not make the same mistakes and knows the importance of having accurate, real-time financial data.
Tim was bestowed with the prestigious order of Companion of The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers in 2024, in recognition of outstanding service and dedication to the bookkeeping profession.

Emilia Goubert MICB PM.Dip
Operations Director
Emilia began bookkeeping in 2020 and since then has worked predominantly with hospitality and retail clients, gaining valuable experience and insights into their unique requirements.
Emilia has completed qualifications with The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and as such is a certified bookkeeper and payroll agent, also winning the ICB Student of the Year award at the 2024 LUCAs.

Richard’s been building long-term client relationships in the tech space for over 14 years. He’s one of those rare people who can dive into the technical detail (yes, he’s been known to test APIs in Postman), but also explain it all in plain English for clients who just want to know it’ll work.
At heart, Richard’s a relationship builder. He genuinely enjoys getting to know clients properly, what makes their business tick, what they’re trying to achieve, and how we can help get them there. He’s not about quick wins or flashy pitches; he’s about trust, clarity, and making sure everyone feels confident in the process.
Whether he’s running a discovery call, mapping out a solution, or helping a customer navigate a complex rollout, you’ll always find him calm, straight-talking, and genuinely invested in getting it right.
